After comparing several electric wheelchairs, we decided on the Velana Haven mainly because of the price and back support design. My wife uses it daily inside the house and also when we go shopping. The chair feels stable and not too heavy to handle when folding into the car. The joystick is responsive and doesn¡¯t require much learning time. She adapted to it within a day. We were a bit worried about battery range, but for short to medium trips it has been more than enough. It¡¯s not a luxury model, but it does exactly what we need without complications.
